Facilitators Training Program on CEFE Tools/Kits

This is a three to five days course intended for trainers of enterprise development programs who wants to enhance their competencies in conducting entrepreneurship courses through the use of a CEFE tool/kit. The following are CEFE Tools/kits that can be used in enterprise development programs:

• BEST Game : for micro, small and medium Entrepreneurs
• ENTREFARM Game ; for farmers
• ENTRESOC Game : for government, banking institutions involved in SME development
• ENTREFISH Game ; for fishermen
• ENTRECRAFT Game ; for farmers, and their families
• ENTREPOW; for urban poor
• Finance Walk Compendium ; for Small and medium Entrepreneurs
• Finance Walk thru : for micro, small entrepreneurs

Objectives: At the end of the training program, participants will be able to:

• To understand importance of entrepreneurship in overall economic development
• To acquire training inputs on experiential learning approach called CEFE
• To execute the different modules of the (specific) CEFE Tool/Game
• To pose appropriate questions to participants to generate insights/learning from their experiences
