Multi Dimensional Learning and SLE Design & Development Course

(Course design by Rex Resurrection, Passion for Perfection)

The course is a six days program intended for trainers who wants to acquire/develop competencies on principles and application of multi dimensional learning specifically design and facilitating new structured learning exercises

Objectives: At the end of the training program, participants will be able to:

Access into their seven intelligences and discover their uniqueness as individuals as well as their hidden potential for genius
Design creative, innovative learning session incorporating the seven intelligences of man
Analyze the conceptual and philosophical foundations of training and development of people.
Discuss the application of the three basic principles of MDL in achieving accelerated learning of trainees.
Sharpen their skills in processing of experiential exercises
Facilitate new SLEs that can be used in CEFE programs as substitute to those found the CEFE manual
Design and adapt according to specific needs in the field

Day 2	- Team of the Day presentation and VAT Sharing - Demonstration of the Multiple Intelligences - MDL Assignments - Evaluation of the Day
Day 3	- Team of the Day presentation and VAT sharing - Practicum 1 : MDL Session presentations (4 presentations) - Evaluation of the Day
Day 4	- Team of the Day presentation and VAT Sharing Module 3: New SLE Session and Presentations - SLE Philosophy Discussion - Demonstration of new SLEs (3) - New SLE assignments - Evaluation of the Day
Day 5	- Team of the Day presentation and VAT sharing - Practicum 2: New SLE presentation (4 presentations) - SLE Gap Analysis - Assignment : Design of new SLE - Evaluation of the Day
